Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, a $30 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• Deposits help us reserve your time and prepare the necessary equipment and products to complete the service.

Payment Policy

•Payments will be discussed prior to or at the time of service.
• Final payment is due only after we walk you through a final inspection of your vehicle(s) and ensure you’re satisfied with the results.
• Accepted payment methods, Debit/Credit, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cashapp, Cash/Check, Crypto
• Payment is expected within 36 hours after service completion unless otherwise.

• Failure to send payment will result in additional fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand life happens however, because we are a mobile service:
• Any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a additional $20 cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling with more than 24 hours’ notice may allow the deposit to be transferred to a future date (at our discretion).

Vehicle Condition Policy
• Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Excessive items in the vehicle may result in additional fees.
• Excessively dirty vehicles (heavy pet hair, biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, excessive sand/mud) may require an additional fee.
• Any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, worn upholstery) will be noted before service begins.

Weather Policy
• In cases of heavy rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions, appointments may be rescheduled for quality and safety, unless otherwise stated.

Arrival & Access Policy
• Please ensure we have clear access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.
• Delays over 25 minutes without notice may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

• If located in gated communities or secured area please provide clear instructions to access in advance.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or stop service if:

• Conditions pose a safety risk.

• Aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs.

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction matters,

• Final inspection is completed with you present whenever possible.

• Any concerns should be addressed before payment is made.

• Once payment is submitted and the service is done, the job is considered accepted & completed.
